World famous sport fishing with 150 feet of concrete dock on a deep water canal. Oversized lot has plenty of room for parking, so bring your boat trailer. Some of the best scuba diving in the country is just off Sombrero Reef.

Entertain and relax on the huge open covered deck, adjoining the large family room with glass on three sides. Sunbathe on the open deck, swim in the private pool, relax in the hot tub or explore in one of the six kayaks, provided for your enjoyment, from our easy kayak launch at the end of our dock. Sidewalk on the tidal pool extends into the Atlantic Ocean for fishing or observing. Drink your morning coffee to brilliant sunrises and cook fresh fish on the outdoor grill as the sun sets!
